To ensure that you are in the best possible shape for your trip, we have partnered with Fit For Trips to offer fitness programs crafted specifically for your itinerary.  

Consider replacing your current workout with one from Fit For Trips.  We want to ensure that you have the adventure of a lifetime.  

Marcus Shapiro - Fit For Trips founder - is responsible for crafting all personalized fitness programs and providing support between now and your departure date.

All programs are customized for your personal circumstances and lifestyle and are therefore, based on these variables:
- Medical history (injuries, surgeries, etc.)
- Past and current exercise experience
- Available training days and equipment
- Home and/or gym accessibility
- Itinerary

10:00    Enjoy various selected attractive sports as the following programs;    
    - Sightseeing at Nui Bay (Camel Rock)    
    - Visit our mankind ancestor’s playground at Monkey Beach.
    - Viking cave where you will see traces from a very distant past, when the Vikings were the master of the seas (Now it’s the swallows’ bird nest empire).
    - Pileh cove, sightseeing or swimming around this hidden natural paradise cove.
    - Loh Samah Bay, snorkel and discover what the original color of the emerald.
    - Maya Bay, to get astonished at this unique lagoon with warm
    crystal water that inspired Hollywood producers.
    
12:00    Enjoy Lunch at the Beach front resort, relax and relish Thai and
    International foods. After lunch, you will explore more sites below;
     - Hin Klang (Great coral reef), snorkeling and swimming with vary of colorful fishes at the one of the greatest unspoiled coral reef in Asia.

16:30    - Bamboo Island, relaxing or snorkeling on this island the encircled with coral reef and white sandy beaches or Khai Island, where you can take your own leisure.
