Marathon Information


Wed 6th Oct.
Arrive in Buenos Aires, to be met by a Merito Travel representative,
transfer and check into hotel of choice. Afternoon free, evening
welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

Thurs 7th Oct.
Morning free, afternoon city tour of Buenos Aires which can
include retracing the whole, or parts of the marathon course.

Fri 8th Oct.
Free day. Evening dinner and tango show in Puerto Madero, the
newest neighborhood in the city.

Sat 9th Oct.
Morning free. In the afternoon visit race HQ to get your
information pack and race number. Pre race meal provided at the
hotel or nearby restaurant.

Sun 10th Oct.
RACE DAY. Early departure from the hotel to run the 9th edition of
the Buenos Aires Marathon. Entry to the after race function is
complimentary with race entry fee.

Mon 11th Oct. Free day

Tues 12th Oct.
Day trip to an Estancia in San Antonio de Areco-120km from
Buenos Aires. The day includes gaucho displays, folkloric music and
a three course lunch. Return to the city in the late afternoon.

Wed 13th Oct.
Check out. Morning at leisure in the city centre. At the appropriate
time transfer to Ezeiza International Airport for the home bound
flight.
